About Us

It’s a challenging time to lead a company. From people and policies to culture and growth, there’s a lot to manage!

And even though your team is the most important element of your long-term success, the reality is most teams are overloaded, running too fast, and don’t have the opportunity to intentionally invest in their personal and professional development.

That’s why fullCIRCLE was created. To develop a deeper sense of team by re-thinking professional development with life-changing, off-site, guided leadership experiences that get results for your people and your organization.

The Team

Kim Gratny – Professional Development Wrangler + Founder

Dusten Gratny – Animal Behavioralist

Kim traded the corporate uniform for cowboy boots when she discovered the striking similarities between working with horses and working with humans. It all came fullCIRCLE in 2016 when she earned her first certification in Equine Guided Education also known as Horse Guided Coaching.

After 20 years in the business world, Kim soon recognized that developing a more productive sense of team meant re-thinking professional development. Tangible, long-term results were attainable through life-changing, off-site guided leadership experiences.

In 2018 fullCIRCLE expanded into a family venture when her husband Dusten came into the fold bringing his decades of wisdom and experience as an animal behaviorist. It’s a distinct culmination of their heritage, a blend of generations of cowboys and entrepreneurs.

Kim and Dusten are humbled by and grateful for what God has entrusted to them — a blended family with five children, family-like friends, horses, bucking cattle, sheep, dogs and land to steward.

I loved how welcoming you made us all feel. We were treated as friends and not clients.
